HomeMy WebLinkAbout949998MEMORANDUM OF ACCESS ROAD AGREEMENT THIS MEMORANDUM OF ACCESS ROAD AGREEMENT is executed and recorded by BELL BUTTE GRAZING PARTNERSHIP, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, whose address is c/o Edward M. Bown, Attorney at Law, 1015 East 3900 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84124-1110 ("Bell Butte"), and Trail Energy, L.L.C., whose mailing address is 6029 W. Sage Fork Road, West Jordan, Utah 84081 ("Trail Energy"), collectively the "Parties", to provide public notice that the Parties have entered into an ACCESS ROAD AGREEMENT dated September 2009 but effective as of August 1, 2009, under which Bell Butte has granted to Trail Energy for a period beginning August 1, 2009, and ending July 31, 2010: A non-exclusive right to improve and utilize and maintain an access road approximately 50 feet wide and 74.64 feet, more or less, in length, in the SE1/4SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 35, Township 20 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly shown in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and 2 L: by reference specifically made a part hereof, in connection with its drilling and producing operations involving the Robert Barnes 24-2C Well in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 2, Township 19 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and (Affix Survey Plat description referred to under Paragraph 17, of said Access Road Agreement) together with all of the other terms and conditions more particularly set forth and stated therein. For further information regarding the ACCESS ROAD AGREEMENT, please contact the Parties at their addresses above.
