MARTIN Default having occurred in the terms and conditions of the mortgage given Bessie G. Jackson, a single person, as sole mortgagor, in favor of Community First Mortgage, LLC mortgagee, dated March 23, 2004, recorded March 24, 2004, in Book 550, at Page 642, as Instrument Number 898018, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, given to secure payment of a note in the in the amount of $54,500.00. Said mortgage was assigned to Wyoming Community Development Authority by instrument dated March 19, 2004, and recorded March 26, 2004, in Book 550, Page 772, as Instrument Number 898071, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and a foreclosure sale having taken place on 13t" day of October, on the following described real property: LOT 12 OF BLOCK 4 TO THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF. All prerequisites to foreclosure having been met, election was made to foreclose, pursuant to W. S. §34-4-101, et seq., and notice of the foreclosure sale was duly advertised and given pursuant to a copy of the legal publication attached hereto, and the sale was then held at the date and place provided and the property was sold to U1CHAEL AND TFNNTF R MARTihe highest bidder at the sale, for the sum of -FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND AND N01100 ($-5_ 000.00 By virtue of the sale and the purchaser's payment, under the authority of law, I hereby give and grant this Sheriffs Certificate of Sale to MICAAEL J.
