The name and address of the person against whose property the Lien was filed is Steven Craig Firth and Tanya C. Firth of PO Box 99, Big Piney, WY 83113. SURVEYOR SCHERBEL, LTD, now hereby certifies that the Lien, dated August 19, 20o9 and recorded in Book 730, Page 176 of the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk in and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, together with the debt secured by the Lien, has been fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged, and the above-referenced real property is thereby released from the Lien. Accordingly, the Lincoln County Clerk for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming is hereby authorized to discharge the lien of record, filed in Book 730, Page 176 of the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk for and in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
