KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GEORGE D. ZEBRE and MICHAEL
J. ZEBRE as personal representatives of the estate of Frances D. Zebre, Grantors, of the County
of Sweetwater, State of Wyoming, for the consideration of $10.00 (Ten and No/100 Dollars) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEY and QUITCLAIM to ZEBRE INVESTMENT COMPANY a
Wyoming Limited Partnership, Grantee, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 3300, Rock
Springs, Wyoming, 82902, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the
following described real property, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Section 6: A parcel of land in the NW'/4NW'/4 of Section 6, being more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 6,

Lincoln County, Wyoming; thence South 89°58' East, 910.00 feet along
the north boundary of said Section 6; thence South 49°03' West to the west
boundary of said Section 6; thence North 790.63 feet along the west

of said Section l to the point of beginning of this description; thence
