KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that Dorothy G. Allsop, a single
woman, P.O. Box 971, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, hereby CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to Dorothy G. Allsop, Trustee, of the Harold C. & Dorothy G. Allsop Living
Revocable Trust dated September 21, 2005, GRANTEE, P.O. Box 971, Thayne, Wyoming
83127, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Plat Thirteen (13) Lot Forty-Two (42) in Star Valley Ranch, as platted and
recorded in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Said Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of
said premises, and that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants title thereto
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations,
easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
