We, JAMES F. ODLE AND JESSIE L. ODLE, TRUSTEES OF THE JAMES F. ODLE
AND JESSIE L. ODLE LIVING TRUST, DATED OCTOBER 20, 2003, certify that:
We are the Trustees of the Trust;
2. The Trust has not been revoked or terminated and remains in full force and effect;
3. Pursuant to the Trust, when specifically authorized and directed by the
beneficiaries of the Trust, the Trustees have full right, power and authority to deal
with any property owned or held by the Trust with the same force and effect as
though such property were individually owned;
4. The Trustees by instrument in writing signed by all the holders of beneficial
interests under the Trust, have been duly authorized and directed to (1) refinance
the property located at 11 Pineview Circle, Star Valley Ranch, WY 83127,with
Amerisave Mortgage Corporation It's successors and/or assigns as their interest
may appear for Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Dollars ($312,000.00); and (2)
to execute all such other agreements, affidavits, mortgages, notes, certificates,
HUD-1 settlement statements, Truth in Lending Disclosures, instruments and
documents as the Trustees deem necessary in order to effectuate said refinance.
5. No beneficiary is a minor, a corporation selling all or substantially all its
Wyoming assets, or personal representative of an estate subject to estate tax liens,
or is now deceased or under any legal disability.

2. The undersigned declares that the pages of the Trust, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are true and
correct copies of the original pages of the Trust and include all of the provisions in the Trust pertaining to
the Trustee's powers and the revocability of the Trust as well as the first page which identifies the trustee
and the settlor and signature and acknowledgement pages of the Trust. The undersigned declares that the
Trust is in existence and has not been revoked, terminated, or otherwise amended, nor has any act even or
condition occurred, either with the passing of time or the giving of notice, or both, which would result in
the revocation, termination, or amendment of the Trust.
3. The undersigned states that the following named trustee(s) is (are) fully empowered to act with respect to
the Trust and is (are) properly exercising authority under the Trust in negotiating, contracting for, and
executing the required loan document(s), and that no trustee(s) or other person other than the following
