Liability Company, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of the 6"' day of
November, 2008, made and executed by Anthon T. Stauffer, an individual and member
of Feathered Hook Properties, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company, as mortgagor(s)
to Bison Capital, i,L.C.;, a Florida Limited Liability Company as mortgagee(s) conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $5,225,742.83 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 21, 2008
in Book 709PR, Page 595 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County,
to wit:

record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 426PR on page 394,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter,
North 00°28'59" West, 200.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said South Half of the
Southwest Quarter;
'T'hence North 00°28'59" West, 792.00 feet, along said west line, to the Southwest point
