County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof recorded June 3, 1983
as Instrument No. 598177 and Map No. 299, in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right-of-ways of record, of sight
or in use.
