WARRANTY DEED
Daniel Feuz and Christina Feuz, Husband and Wife, as Tenants by the F.,ntireties, first
party, a Fifty percent (50%) undivided interest, and Frank Feliccia and Julie Feliccia, Husband
and Wife, as Tenants by the Entireties, second party, a Fifty percent (50%) undivided interest,
with the first party, and second party to hold as Tenants in Common between them,
GRANTORS, of P.O. Box 724, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to FGI LLC, a Wyoming Limited
Liability Company GRANTEE, of P.O. Box 724, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001, the following
described tract of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
LOT 15 OF THE BLUE LAKES ESTATE SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED NOVEMBER 13, 1991 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER
740865 AND MAP NUMBER 111-A IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and
rights-of--way and/or record.
WITNESS the due execution and delivery hereof as of this day of
