A Lien Statement was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming on the 3rd day of December, 2008 in Book 710 at Page 439. The undersigned, as a result of a foreclosure, does hereby release any lien claim on the above described land or improvements constructed thereon now accrued or hereafter accruing by virtue of the Statutes of the State of Wyoming, relating to liens because of labor, materials or both, furnished by the undersigned with the exception of ongoing maintenance work on the premises.
