The undersigned has been employed to furnish materials and/or labor in the construction
of improvements on the following land located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
ANTELOPE RIDGE SUBDIVISION - PHASE 1:
A parcel of land located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15 and the
southwest 1/4 of Section 14 of the resurvey of T. 21 N., R. 116 W.
Of the Sixth P.M., City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is N 000650" W. 415.49 from the
southwest corner of Tract 56 and the northwest corner of Tract 55

accordance with the desires of the undersigned Owner(s) and
proprietor(s), and that this is a correct plat of the area as it is
divided into lots, blocks, streets and easements, and that the
undersigned owner(s) of the land shown and described on this plat
does (do) hereby dedicate to the City of Kemmerer and its
licensees for perpetual public use of all streets, alleys, easements
for the purposes designated and other lands within the boundary
lines of the plat as indicated and not otherwise dedicated for public

The undersigned has served a Notice of Intent to file a Lien against the above property,
dated theI6th day of September, 2008. A Lien Statement was recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County, Wyoming on the 3rd day of December, 2008 in Book 710 at Page 439.
The undersigned, as a result of a foreclosure, does hereby release any lien claim on the
above described land or improvements constructed thereon now accrued or hereafter accruing by
virtue of the Statutes of the State of Wyoming, relating to liens because of labor, materials or
both, furnished by the undersigned with the exception of ongoing maintenance work on the
premises.
