C. SCHOONOVER, husband and wife and CYDNEY L. DAVIDSON, an unmarried woman, all as joint
tenants with right of survivorship, whose post office address, 441 Aspen Way, Thayne, WY 83127,
second party or parties;
WITNESSETH, that said first party or parties, for in consideration of the sum of ONE ($1.00)
DOLLAR, and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid by second party or parties, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the said second party or
parties forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party or parties has in
and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to-wit:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the released premises to Grantees, Grantees' heirs and assigns
forever, so that neither we nor any other persons in our names or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or

these presents, be excluded and forever barred.
