a corporation, of the County of Lincoln , and State of Wyoming , does hereby
certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date the l lth day of_ September , A. D. 19 96
made and executed by Donald D. Ruddy and Sandra L. Ruddy
as mortgagor__s, to Community First National Bank FKA Key Bank of W~oming
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $ 20,000.00 , as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of

in Book 388PRof Mortgages, at page 36 , and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
