WARRANTY DEED
JEANETTE M. SMITH and ROBERT H. SMITH, as joint tenants and as husband and
wife as tenants by the entirety, Grantors, whose address is 161 Country Club Way, Thayne, WY
83127, for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand
paid, convey and warrant to ROBERT H. SMITH and JEANETTE M. SMITH, Trustees, or their
successors in trust, under ROBERT H. SMITH and JEANETTE M. SMITH FAMILY TRUST,
dated, OCTOBER 15, 2009, for the benefit of ROBERT H. SMITH and JEANETTE M. SMITH
and their heirs, Grantees, whose address is 161 Country Club Way, Thayne, WY 83127, the
following described real estate:
The property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 574 at Page 163, as
Receiving No. 905044, recorded on December 6, 2004 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office,
Kemmerer, Wyoming, copy of which are attached hereto.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
