TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge, CONVEY AND WARRANT to THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN, STATE OF WYOMING,
a nonexclusive easement for the benefit of the public on the following described real estate situate in
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions:

GRANT OF EASEMENT
And Abandonment of a previously recorded easement
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the stock owners and other members of the
public to use as a livestock drive trail.
The easement ch,11 o_crupy the, fallowing described property:
See description attached hereto as Exhibit A.
3. Binding Effects. The terms and conditions of the easement shall be binding upon and inure to
the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in the instrument.
Note: This Grant of Easement is given in place of an easement which was previously recorded as
Entry No. 859225 in book 431 at Page 421 of the official records of the recorder of Lincoln
County, Wyoming. The parties hereto forever abandon the said easement previously recorded in
exchange for the new easement described herein.

New Stock Drive
A parcel of land being part of Tract No. 89, T24N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming
and part of that property described in Exhibit 1 of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 410 of Photostatic Records on Page 240, being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast post of that tract of land of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 26 of Deeds on page 505, lying S 03 W, 1149.12 feet
from the east one quarter corner of Section 5, T24N, R119W Resurvey;
thence N 808'22" W, 124.53 feet along the north line thereof;
thence N 11°27'02" W, 815.55 feet;
thence N 56 W, 28.28 feet;
thence S 78 W, 547.64 feet to the easterly right -of -way line of State Highway No. 30 and
the westerly line of said property;
thence N 1 1.3 1'58" W, 40.00 feet along said westerly line and said right -of -way line;

thence S 56 E, 61.42 feet;
thence S 117'02" E, 799.91 feet;
