KILROY and BILLIE JO KILROY, Husband and Wife, of P.O. Box 768, Afton, Wyoming, 83110; and JOE DORY and SHARON DORY, Husband and Wife, of P.O. Box 645, Afton, Wyoming, 83110; Grantors, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, herein convey and quitclaim unto PEAVLER'S MOUNTAIN STAR, INC, of P.O. Box 395, Afton, Wyoming, 83110; Grantee, and its heirs, successors and assigns, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim, and demand as we have or ought to have in or to all the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: The south 15 feet of an access and utilities easement crossing the north 60 feet of those parcels of land located within the SE1 /4NE1 /4 of Section 24, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described in those deeds of record on Page 272 of Book 392, and on Page 553 of Book 440 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, with boundaries further described as follows: Beginning on the east line of Section 24, T32N, R119W, 6 P.M. at a point which the southeast corner of the above said easement, which point bears N0 °17'00 "W a distance of 434.69 feet from the East Quarter- section Corner of Section 24; and running Thence S89 °07'57 "W, along south easement line, a distance of 545.08 feet to property line; Thence N0 °27'46 "W, along said property line, a distance of 15.00 feet; Thence N89 °07'57 "E, parallel to south easement line, a distance of 545.13 feet to section line; Thence S0° 17'00 "E, along east line, a distance of 15.00 feet to the point of beginning; Enclosing an area of 0.188 acres, more or less.
