BEGINNING at a spike on the east line of said SEI(NEU,
N00°-17'-00"W, 494.A9 feet, frnm His southeast corner of said
SEWN, found as described in the Corner Record filed in said
Office,
thence N00 17' -00 "W, 371.52 feet, along said cast line, to a
spike at the southeast corner of that tract of record in said
Office in Book 296 of Photostatic Records on page 355;
thence 300"- 50' -70"w, 200.4.0 feet, along the south line of said
tract in Book 296, to a bathey;
thence N00 17' -00 "w, 75.00 feet, along the west line of said
tract to the northwest bathey thereof, identical with the
