day of October, 2009, by and between the Obed L. and Theresa A. Wogerman Family
Trust, Dated May 20, 1999, Obed L. Wogerman and Theresa A. Wogerman, Trustees, of
Auburn, Wyoming, hereinafter known as Wogerman" and Kenneth A. Hollis and
Bonnie J. Hollis, hereinafter referred to as "Hollis of Auburn, Wyoming.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Parties entered a Real Estate Purchase Agreement on
or about September 14, 2007, and whereas the Parties have agreed to extend for one
calendar year the required payments of 2009, upon the following terms and conditions,
the Parties agree as follows:
A. Property and payment amounts involved:

2. Said Promissory Note carries the unpaid balance of ONE HUNDRED
SIXTEEN THOUSAND EIGHTY -NINE ($116,089.96) DOLLARS and 96/100, and
there is a balance remaining unpaid on the $40,000.00 loan of THIRTY -NINE
THOUSAND FIFTY -FOUR ($39,054.03) DOLLARS and 03/100, prior to the required
2009 payments;

1. The affected property is Lot 1 of Stump Creek Acres, Lincoln County
Wyoming, as shown on the official plat thereof filed September 13, 2007, as Receiving
No. 933077, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. Together with
improvements upon the property as provided as part of a certain Promissory Note;
Wogerman also lent Hollis FORTY THOUSAND ($40,000.00) DOLLARS and NO /100
at SIX AND ONE -HALF ((6.5 INTEREST per annum, also secured by Lot 1 of
Stump Creek Acres, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the official plat thereof
filed September 13, 2007, as Receiving No. 933077, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming;
3. The required payments under those certain amortized schedules reflect a
payment due of NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN ($9,111.43) DOLLARS
and 43/100 for the Promissory Note, and a payment of THREE THOUSAND SIXTY
FIVE ($3,065.23) DOLLARS AND 23/100 on the $40,000.00 loan. Total of said
payments is TWELVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY -SIX ($12,176.26)
DOLLARS and 26/100;
4. The remaining balance of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY -FIVE THOUSAND ONE
HUDNRED FOURTY -THREE ($155,143.99) DOLLARS and 99/100 with interest at
SIX and ONE -HALF (6.5 PERCENT for the last year totals TEN THOUSAND
EIGHTY -FOUR ($10,084.36) DOLLARS and 36/100.
B. Terms of Extension:
1. The Parties agree with consideration that this extension by Wogerman and
accepted by Hollis, are that the payments for 2009, will be extended for one calendar
year.
2. Interest on the aforesaid unpaid balance for one year is in the amount of TEN
THOUSAND EIGHTY -FOUR ($10,084.36) DOLLARS and 36/100 will be added to the
unpaid balance by mutual agreement, to be paid in addition to the normal payments of
2010, to include the interest of the extension. The said interest payment of $10,084.36
and said amortized payments are due on or before October 10, 2010;
3. All penalties or late fees for the 2009 payment shall be accrued;

4. The Parties agree that as part of the consideration for the extension, that the
unpaid interest will be collateralized in th aforesaid property and further secured as
agreed to by the Parties /��l�
5. Hollis will pay the legal fees for the preparation of the Purchase Extension in
the amount of THREE HUNDRED ($300.00) DOLLARS and NO /100;
6. This Extension Agreement will be evidence to be enforced under the terms of
the Promissory Note. All other terms of the said original purchase agreement,
promissory note and mortgage shall remain binding upon the Parties, unless modified by
specific writing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have signed this Agreement on this
