HomeMy WebLinkAbout950279SHERIFF'S DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and conditions of a certain mortgage dated August 6, 2007, made and executed by William H. Kramer and Jaime Lee Kramer, husband and wife, as mortgagors, to Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union, as mortgagee, which mortgage was duly recorded on September 13, 2007, in Book 672 at Page 108, in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; and pursuant to a "Notice of Real Estate Mortgage Foreclosure" of said mortgage which was duly published for a period of four consecutive weeks on May 7, May 14, May 21 and May 28, 2009, in the Kemmerer Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming; on June 9, 2009 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., Lincoln County, Deputy Sheriff, John Jackman, did sell, at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Kemmerer, Wyoming, the following- described real property, to -wit: Part of Lot 1 of Block 1 of Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, and a portion of Tract 49 of the Resurvey located within the unplatted portion of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Block 1 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, which point is also the Northwest corner of said parcel of and and the point of beginning; Thence due East 40 feet; Thence due South 120 feet; Thence due West 40 feet; Thence due North 120 feet to the point of beginning. (commonly known as 502 Moose Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming) WHEREAS, a "Sheriff's Certificate of Purchase" was duly executed and delivered by Deputy Sheriff, John Jackman, on behalf of Shane Johnson, Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming on June 9, 2009, and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming on June 9, 2009, in Book 724 at Page 752; and in said Certificate of Purchase it was provided that the Purchaser, Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union, would be entitled to a Sheriff's Deed to said property, provided said foreclosed mortgage was not redeemed, as provided by law; and the period of redemption having expired, and more than four (4) months having passed since the date of sale without redemption; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS DEED, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises have granted, bargained, sold, and do hereby convey to Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union whose address is P.O.
