Box 2257, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to ROBERT REX MEIKLE OR HIS SUCCESSORS, AS TRUSTEE of The Rex Vernita Meikle Family Living Trust under agreement dated November 4, 2004, as amended, P.O. Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent, to all covenants, conditions, exceptions, and easements of record, and to all rights -of -way of record or in use.
