man, as his sole and separate property, P.O. Box 2257, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401, GRANTOR,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS
to ROBERT REX MEIKLE OR HIS SUCCESSORS, AS TRUSTEE of The Rex Vernita
Meikle Family Living Trust under agreement dated November 4, 2004, as amended, P.O. Box
2257, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401, GRANTEE, and his successors and assigns, the following
described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 21, Star Valley Ranch Plat 10, as platted and recorded in the official records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent,
to all covenants, conditions, exceptions, and easements of record, and to all rights -of -way
of record or in use.
