By Warranty Deed, recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 2, 2003, in Book 537 on Page 168, I received a certain parcel of real property at that time. I did not make a down payment but gave a Promissory Note and Mortgage for the property; 2. I made payments for three years, paying the interest and principal of about 3. I have not made any payments in the last seven months. I still owe about seventy percent of the purchase price. Real estate values and this unimproved lot, in my opinion, bring no equity in this property. I quit making payments because of unhappy differences in my marriage; 4. The said real property is more particularly described as follows: Lot 11 of the Townsite of Fairview, Block 4, Third Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the recorded plat filed as Instrument Number 891363 on July 7, 2003, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk. 5.
