Harold L. Merritt and Nancy Merritt, husband and wife, of 635 Cougar Lane,
Apple Valley, UT 84737, grantors for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and
other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANTS to the VON K. MERRITT and SAUNDRA J.
MERRITT TRUST, dated July 21 2006, Von K. Merritt and Saundra J. Merritt,
Trustees, grantees of P 0 Box 93, Grover, WY 83122, the following described real estate
situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
See attached "Exhibit A" made a part of this document by reference
and incorporation.
Subject to easements and restrictions of record.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
