Julie Andreasen (f /k/a Julie Ann Ellis), grantor, of 164 W. Newbury Lane, Harrisville, Weber
County, Utah 84404, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00 /100 dollars ($10.00) in
hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, hereby conveys and warrants only as
against all claiming by, through or under grantor, but not otherwise, to
Julie Andreasen, Trustee or her successors in trust under the Revocable Trust
Agreement of Julie Andreasen, dated the 15 day of September, 2009,
grantee, of 164 W. Newbury Lane, Harrisville, Weber County, Utah 84404, the following
described real estate located approximately at 122 Stoor Drive, Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming 83128, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 730 of Lake View Estates Twelfth Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as depicted on the plat filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County with
Instrument No. 935448.
Subject to taxes and other easements, restrictions and rights of way appearing of record or
enforceable in law or equity.
