The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: O ►693 Assignee: LPP Mortgage Ltd Assignment dated: December 5, 2008 Assignment recorded: February 26, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 945579 in Book 716 at Page 357 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of LPP Mortgage Ltd, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on June 23, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, LPP Mortgage Ltd "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $205,185.94, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on June 23, 2009 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 23, 2009, at Reception No. 947926 in Book 726 at Page 59; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said LPP Mortgage Ltd, 15770 Dallas Pkwy LB 62, Dallas, TX 75248 -3305, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: ShDeed Lot 22 of Tee Mont Second Filing Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on September 7, 1'976 as instrument No. 483480 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk with an address of 68 Tee Mont Circle, Afton, WY 83110 Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
