grantor(s) of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and
Valuable Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To
Vernon Jenkins, Darin Vern Jenkins and Corey Roos Jenkins, as Joint Tenants,
grantee(s), whose address is: 886 East 300 South, Brigham City, UT 84302 the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 6 of Ben Nield Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed
on July 2, 1984 as instrument No. 618304 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
NOTE: This serves to correct the notary acknowledgement in Warranty Deed recorded December 11, 2000 in
Book 456PR on page 749 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
