COMES NOW, the Marlow and Susan Bateman Trust dated 20 December 1996, whose address
is 244 Tom's Canyon Road, Auburn, Wyoming 83111, acting through Susan Bateman Worton as
Trustee, does hereby make the following statements of facts:
1. That the Susan Bateman Worton, Trustee of the Marlow and Susan Bateman Trust dated 20
December holds a Mortgage dated 24 January 2005 and recorded 3 February 2005 in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 578 of Photostatic Records on page 365, for
all of the property described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "PLAT OF
DOUBLE L RANCH EAST PHASE II SUBDIVISION WITHIN E1 /2NE1 /4 SECTION 28
T36N R119W, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" dated 30 November 2007, as revised.
2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of
Mortgagee thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate of mortgagee is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the
original mylar of said plat had been signed.
