L Ranch #4, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, whose address is P.O. Box 132,
Freedom, Wyoming 83120, acting through the undersigned officer, do hereby make the
following statements of facts:
1. That Double L Ranch #2, LLC and Double L. Ranch #4, LLC are the owners of the land
described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "DOUBLE L RANCH
PHASE III, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN SECTION 28 T36N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING" dated 6 January 2009, as revised.
2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this Certificate of Owner's Signature is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as
if the original mylar of said plat had been signed.
