83002, acting through its undersigned office, does hereby make the following statements of
facts:
1. That the Bank of Jackson Hole holds a Mortgage with Double L Ranch #4, LLC dated 8
May 2008 and recorded 9 September 2008 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 696 of Photostatic Records on page 616, for part of the property described under the
Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "DOUBLE L RANCH PHASE III, A
SUBDIVISION WITHIN SECTION 28 T36N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING dated 6 January 2009, as revised.
2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of
Mortgagee thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate of mortgagee is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the
original mylar of said plat had been signed.
