the other loan documents executed in connection with such indebtedness. There remains unpaid
upon the Note the original principal sum thereof, together with interest from the date of
execution thereof.
This transfer and assignment is without recourse or warranty, express or implied, upon or

The undersigned expressly waives and releases any and all rights that the undersigned
