HomeMy WebLinkAbout950635b f t, o 0 0 PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE €I0 -304 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January 6, 2006, made and executed by Michael Brian Nelson, Connie Nelson, Archie Demar Nelson and CorineNelson, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $51,583.34, which mortgage was re- recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 2nd day of March 2005, in book 580, at Page 580 as document 906839 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: "See Exhibit "A" hereto attached. The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is partially paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
