KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of November
20, 2008, made and executed by Reed Rick Miller And Kelly Miller, Husband and Wife, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$484,016.59, which mortgage was re- recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 24 day of July, 2009, in book#
728 PR of Mortgages, at Page# 245 as document 948516 and pertaining to the following
described real estate in said County, to -wit:
See Exhibit A Attached Hereto and Made A Part Hereof
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is partially paid, satisfied, released,
and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this day of
