THOMAS EUVERN NELSON, a single man, grantee,

the following described parcel of real property, situate in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
A portion of the Nelson property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 869381, in Book
455PR, on Page 006, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the E1 /2SW1 /4 of
Section 27, T35N, R119W, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point, said Point of Beginning being 2,275.42 feet N51 °29'40 "E from the Paul N. Scherbel
RLS 164, 1967 location for the Southwest Corner of the SW1 /4 of said Section 27, also said Point of
Beginning being 1,683.98 feet N30 °41'02 "W from the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1990 location for the
Southeast Corner of said SW1 /4 of said Section 27; thence Nl °46'16 "E 201.16 feet; thence N7 °03'41 "E
101.07 feet; thence N89 °14'23 "E 159.97 feet; thence N89 °34'50 "E 116.00 feet; thence S1 °10'30 "W 310.27

POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that CORINE P.
NELSON, has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents does
make, constitute and appoint Thomas Euvern Nelson Cordon Ray
Nelson, her true and lawful attorneys for her and her name, place and stead
and for her /his use and benefit:
To act on behalf of said Corine P. Nelson, to ask, demand sure for,
recover, collect and receive all such sums of money, debts, dues, accounts,
legacies, bequests, interests, dividends, annuities and demands whatsoever,
as are now or shall hereafter become due, owing, payable, or belonging to
her/him, and have, use and take, all lawful ways and means in her/his name
or otherwise, for the recovery thereof by attachments, arrests, distress or
otherwise, and to compromise and agree for the same, and acquittances or
other sufficient discharges for the same, for her/him and in her /his name to
make, seal and deliver, to bargain, contract, agree for, purchase, receive and
take lands, tenements, hereditaments and accept the seizing and possession
of all lands, and all deeds and other assurances in the law thereof; and to

action, and other property in possession or in action, and to make, do and
transact all and every kind of business of what nature or kind so ever, and
also for her/him and in her/his name and as her/his act and deed, to sign,
seal, execute, deliver and acknowledge such deeds, covenants, indentures,
agreements, mortgages, hypothecations, bottomries, charter parties, bills of
lading, bills, bonds, notes, receipts, evidences of debt, releases and
satisfaction of mortgage, judgment and other debts, and such other
instruments in writing of whatever kind and nature as may be necessary or
proper in the premises.
GIVING AND GRANTING unto her/his said attorneys full power
and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as he might or could do if personally present in person
hereby ratifying and confirming all that the said attorney Thomas Euvern
Nelson Cordon Ray Nelson, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
