QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM, made this `37f day of /VOVfe. 2009, between Chevron
Mining Inc. (formerly known as The Pittsburg Midway Coal Mining Co.) a Missouri corporation
with principal offices at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207, Englewood, CO 80112, hereinafter
called Grantor, and the City Of Kemmerer, a municipality under the laws of the State of Wyoming,
of the City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereinafter called Grantee:
WHEREAS, on the 14 day of March, 1984, The Pittsburg Midway Coal Mining Co., a
Missouri corporation, executed a Special Warranty Deed conveying specific real property located in
Tract 71, Section 12, as shown on the supplemental plat of Johnson and Jaeckels 1908 Resurvey of
the NE 1/4 of T21N, R116W, of the 6 P.M., part of which is in the unplatted potion of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming that is more particularly described in that deed recorded on March 26,
1984 in the public records of the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming as
Instrument 612966 in Book 211 PR at Pages 804 and 805.
WHEREAS, the conveyance of said property by that Special Warranty Deed executed on
March 14, 1984 and dated March 21, 1984 as identified immediately above was subject to the
limitation, reversion, or remainder that the conveyance of the above described real property to the
City of Kemmerer was for "so long as the property is used for recreational purposes and no longer."
WHEREAS, Chevron Mining Inc. (f /k/a The Pittsburg Midway Coal Mining Co.) is the
owner of the right of reversion or remainder in the deed as described herein above.
Grantor, for and in consideration of Grantee's ongoing desire to provide for its residents'
well -being and enjoyment, does by these presents QUITCLAIM to Grantee, its successors and
assigns, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in, as it has or ought to have, in and to that
real estate located in Tract 71, Section 12 as shown on the supplemental plat of Johnson and Jaeckels
1908 Resurvey of the NE 1/4 of T21N, R116W, of the 6 P.M., part of which is in the unplatted
portion of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming which is specifically described in the Special
Warranty Deed from The Pittsburg Midway Coal Mining Co. to the City of Kemmerer, a
municipality of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming recorded on March 26, 1984 in the public
record at the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 211 PR at Pages 804 and 805 an Instrument
612966 situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under

tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, and the remainder and remainders thereof or any part thereof so said
real property may be used for any purpose and is owned in fee simple, subject to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights of way of record or in use excepting and excluding
therefrom the reservation, restriction or exception that the real property be used only for recreational
purposes.
