KNOW ALL MEN BY THESJ PRESENTS, That First Bank of Idaho, a corporation, of
the County of Blaine, and State of Idaho, does hereby certii5/ that a certain mortgage, bearing the
date of the 5 day of March, 2006 AD made and executed by Ricky L. Jackson and Debra L.
Jackson, husband wife, as tenants by the entireties, as mortgagor(s), to First Bank of Idaho,
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$250,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex- officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 12" day of
Marc!,, 2009 in Book No.689, pg.348 and mortgaging the following described real estate in
said County, to wit:
ALL LANDS IN SAID MORTGAGE.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
