2007 and recorded 23 January 2007 in the Office of th.e Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
646 of Photostatic Records on page 809, on all of the property described under the
Ce tifcate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "FOREST RIVER RESERVE 2 FILING
WIrFHIN THE NE1 /4SE1/4 SECTION 9 T36N Ri I9W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING dated 17 August 2009, as revised, and recorded concurrently herewith.
2. That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Mortgagee thereon and
the irirpli.cati.ons thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar
of said plat had been signed.
