STAT. 34 -4 -101 through 34 -4 -113, I, Cliff Boyd Deputy Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, do hereby certify as follows: 1. The successful bidder at the sale was First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank, N.A., who submitted a bid in the amount of $280,000.00. 4. By virtue of said Mortgage and the laws and statutes of the State of Wyoming, the attached Affidavit of Mailing, Notice of Intent to Foreclose, Notice of Foreclosure Sale, Proof of Publication thereof, Attorneys' Fee Affidavit, the above described sale and purchase, the bid by the purchaser aforesaid, and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I hereby give and grant this Certificate of Sale of the above described lands and tenements to First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank, N.A.. 5.
