BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 15, where Is
found a BLM type brass cap appropriately set and inscribed by PE LS 578;
thence North 00 °05'24" West, along the East boundary of said Southeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, Section 15, 439.72 feet to a point on the centerline of an amended
road easement recorded in Book 333PR, page 205 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk,
said point being witnessed by a 5/8 inch diameter steel reinforcing bar;
thence South 45 °43" West along said centerline, 379 feet, more or less to a point on the East
right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 89, said point witnessed by a 5/8 inch diameter by 16 inch
long steel reinforcing bar with aluminum Sury -Kap inscribed "NELSON ENGR PE LS

thence Southerly along said East right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 89, along a curve to the
right with a radius of 5779.58 feet, through a central angle of 1 °44'11 175.15 feet to a point
on the South boundary of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 15, said
point being monumented by a 5/8 inch diameter by 16 inch long steel reinforcing bar with
aluminum Sury -Kap inscribed "NELSON ENGR PE LS 578";
thence South 89 °58'30: East, along said South boundary of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, Section 15, 263 feet, more or less to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
