EXHIBIT A
A strip of land sixteen (16) feet in width, over, under and across Lot 1 of Forest River
Reserve Phase I, a subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
with Accession No. 943952, being eight (8) feet each side of the water line to be installed
from the existing well on said Lot 1, described as follows:
BEGINNING at said existing water well within said Lot 1, N49 28' -44 "W 73.76 feet,
from the southeast point said Lot 1;
thence N71°-22'-23"E, 45.00 feet, to a position on the east line of said Lot 1;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the SE1 /4 of Section 9, T36N
R119W, being SO4 04' -42 "W;
it is the intent of this description that the water line as installed in the ground will control
the location of the easement across said Lot 1, as well as provide a maintenance area
around the well extending eight (8) feet in all directions;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate
details;
each "position" is a calculated position with no monument found or set;
