Microfilm or copies of applicable water right records. Lands described in these copies are the water rights of record in our office and may or may not reflect the actual situation on the ground. Failure to exercise a water right, for 5 years, when water is available, may constitute grounds for forfeiture. The copy cost for the enclosed totals $3.00. Please make your remittance in this amount, by check made payable to the Wyoming State Engineer's Office. We could not locate your lands from the description you provided. We therefore contacted Mr. Marlowe Scherbel, of Surveyor Scherbel, Incorporated in Afton for assistance. Mr. Scherbel provided the correct description for this subdivision by Section, Township and Range. It appears as if an adjudicated irrigation right is attached to your lands under permit No. 4996 ENL., McNeel Enl. East Side Canal.
