WHEREAS, Laura L. Wilmot, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide
Home Loans, Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that
certain mortgage dated September 22, 2006 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 16, 2006, at Reception
No. 923432 in Book 637 at Page 251.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. n /k /a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP,
acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise
for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on July 21, 2009, at
10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln
County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. n /k /a Countrywide Home Loans
Servicing LP "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the
hereinafter described real property in the sum of $144,500.00, and the said real
property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on July 21, 2009
"Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in
and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale
Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of
the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on July 21, 2009, at Reception No. 948425 in Book 727 at
Page 858;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Bank of
New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the
Certificateholders CWABS,INC., Asset Backed Certificates,Series 2006 -21, its
successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated
October 29, 2009 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
Deem hec 2009, at Reception No. Q50.2 in
Book 73-7 at Page 207
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Bank of New York
Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders
CWABS,INC., Asset Backed Certificates,Series 2006 -21, 400 Countrywide Way,
SV 35, P.O. Box 10232, Simi Valley, CA 93065 -6298, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:

Lot 1A of Lakeview Estates Incorporated Tracts A -F Subdivision,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
This parcel has been formerly described as follows: Beginning at a
point North 0 °0' East, 110.00 feet, more or less, and North 50 °30'
West, 396.5 feet from the Southeast Corner of Section 29,
Township 37 North Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., said point

Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and
appurtenances thereto.

Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS,INC., Asset Backed
Certificates,Series 2006 -21, its successors and assigns forever.
