That they are the owners of the land described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 1 AMENDED 2ND FILING IDENTICAL WITH LOT 17 OF ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 1 AMENDED WITHIN SECTION 18 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 10 September 2009, as revised and recorded concurrently herewith. 2. That they have reviewed said plat. 3. That they have read and understand the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and the implications thereof. 4.
