BEGINNING at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 1 and running thence West along the South boundary
line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, 227 feet;
thence North parallel to the East boundary line of said Section 1, 247 feet;
thence East parallel to the South boundary line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter, 227 feet, more or less, to the East boundary line of said Section 1;
thence South along said East boundary line 247 feet, more or less to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Warranty Deed recorded May 1, 1974 in Book 111PR on page 529 of
the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
