Inc., a General Partnership, of 1111 South 3200 West, Salt Lake City, Utah hereby certifies that
the Mortgage dated September 15, 1993 and executed on September 22, 1993 by Gerald W. Grater,
as Mortgagor, to Iii Line Equipment Company, Inc., a General Partnership as Mortgagee, and
recorded on September 27, 1993 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, State of Wyoming, in
Book 336PR at Pages 242 through 247, together with the debt secured by such Mortgage, has been
fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and that the property secured thereby has been released
from the lien of such Mortgage.
