KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that Joseph Shanaghy and Lynette K.
Shanaghy, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of PO Box 9683, Jackson, Wyoming
83002, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT to Joseph Shanaghy and Lynette K. Shanaghy, as Trustees of the Shanaghy Living
Trust, dated December 4, 2009, and any amendments thereto, GRANTEES, whose address is PO
Box 9683, Jackson, Wyoming, 83002, the following described real property situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 3 Dell Creek Ranches, 2 Addition Amended, Lincoln County, Wyoming according
to that plat filed November 10, 2004 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat
No. 142 -C.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
