Shanaghy, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of PO Box 9683, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to Joseph Shanaghy and Lynette K.
