Box 3092, Houston, Texas 77253 -3092 "Assignor executed that certain Wellbore Assignment dated effective July 18, 2007, the "Effective Time to EOG Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation, whose address is 600 Seventeenth Street, Suite 1000N, Denver, Colorado 80202 "Assignee recorded in Book 710 at Page 307 of the records in Lincoln County, Wyoming "Wellbore Assignment and WHEREAS, Assignor and Assignee now desire to correct the quantum of the interest conveyed in the Wellbore Assignment; and NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, Assignor and Assignee do hereby covenant and agree that said Wellbore Assignment is hereby amended as follows: A. The first sentence of paragraph #1 shall be corrected to read: 1. Eighty percent (80 of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to the wellbore for the Whiskey Hailstone 1 -08E Well, located in the NWNE of Section 8, T21 N, R112W, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, at a surface location 1,316 feet from the north line, and 1,426 feet from the east line of said Section 8, and all associated equipment and personal property (the "Wellbore together with such interest of the Assignor derived from the oil and gas leases described on Exhibit A hereto (the "Leases insofar and only insofar as the Leases cover the lands described on Exhibit A (the "Lands SAID Wellbore Assignment as hereby amended shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms thereof, as amended herein, and the parties hereto confirm, ratify and adopt said Assignment as same is hereby amended, and Assignor does hereby convey and assign unto Assignee such additional interest in the wellbore for the Whiskey Hailstone 1 -08E Well as is necessary to accomplish the purpose of this amendment.
