For ten dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, Chevron
Mining Inc., f /k/a The Pittsburg Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation and
Chevron U.S.A., Inc. a Pennsylvania Corporation both having offices at 116 Inverness Drive
East, Suite 207, Englewood, CO 80112, "Grantor hereby convey and quitclaim to The City
of Kemmerer having an address of 220 Wyoming Highway 233, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101-
9700, all their respective interests in the following described real estate, together with all
improvements located thereon, lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,.
A Parcel of land located in Tract 72 of the Resurvey of Section 12, Township 21
North, Range 116 West 6 Principal Meridian being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at Corner 2 of said Resurvey Tract 72; thence North 88 degrees 18
minutes 57.8 seconds West 1764.10 feet to the point of beginning, said point
being on the easterly right of way of Wyoming State Highway 233 where it
intersects the property line of a parcel of land deed to The City of Kemmerer and
recorded in Book 237 at Page 263, this is the property that was The Pittsburg
Midway Coal Mining Co. NW Division Office and was deeded to the City of
Kemmerer for the Kemmerer City Hall on March 25, 1986. The following courses
are from that deed.
Thence North 89 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds East approximately 72 feet along
said property line to a point;
Thence North 04 degrees 49 minutes 13 seconds East 360.77 feet along said
property line to a point;
Thence North 71 degrees 08 minutes 38 seconds East 18.65 feet along said
property line to a point;
Thence South 82 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds East, 170.05 feet along said
property line to a point;

Thence North 09 degrees 24 minutes 46 seconds West 185.46 feet to a point;
Thence North 13 degrees 44 minutes 14 seconds East 162.40 feet along said
property line to a point, said point being the intersection of The City of Kemmerer
property and the water treatment plant property recorded in Book 158 at Page
509;
Thence North 06 degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds West approximately 180.00 feet
to a point which is the intersection of this water treatment plant property and
another parcel of water treatment plant as recorded in Book 94 at Page 04 and
Book 210 at Page 29;
Thence North 69 degrees 27 minutes 54 seconds West 194.31 feet along said
water treatment plant property to a point;
Thence North 20 degrees 32 minutes 06 seconds East 52.95 feet along said
property line to a point, said point is the intersection of the water treatment plant
property and the property known as FN -12 being conveyed to Jim Sessions and
Lynn Sessions in Book 623 at Pages 336 and 341;
Thence North 69 degrees 27 minutes 54 degrees West 20.47 feet along the
Sessions tract line to where it intersects with the east boundary of Wyoming State
Highway 233;
Thence along the east boundary of Wyoming State Highway 233 the following
courses, along a curve to the left having a radius of 2,219.58 feet and an arc
length of 368.24 feet, long chord bears South 07 degrees 09 minutes 22 seconds
West 367.82 feet to a point;
Thence South 02 degrees 43 minutes 26.9 seconds West, 495.41 feet to a point;
Thence North 87 degrees 16 minutes 33.1 seconds West 20.00 feet along said line
to a point;
Thence South 02 degrees 43 minutes 26.9 seconds West approximately 129.81
feet to the point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 3.31 acres, more or less.

The bearings of said description are taken from different deeds and do not use the same
bearing source. The property is located north and west of the property deeded to The City
of Kemmerer by The Pittsburg Midway Coal Mining Co., east of Wyoming State
Highway 233 as relocated in 1992 and as described in Book 313 at Page 211 and south of
the water treatment plant and the tract identified as FN -12 on the Deed recorded in Book
623 at Page 336.
