consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign

ASSIGMENT OF OIL AND GAS LEASE
Herein called the Assignee, all of his right, title and interest in and to the oil and gas lease in Lincoln County
LEASOR: Federal
LEASE NO.: 0131513 NAME: Rainbow Federal
DESCRIPTION: SW1 /4 OF SEC 3, T26N, R113W, 6 P.M. 160 acres (Oil Is .00212942) Gas is .0060297)
It being the intention of the Assignor to convey all of their interest in the SW1 /4, of Section 2 to the
Assignee, together with rights incident thereto and personal property thereon, appurtenant there to, or use or
obtain in connection therewith.
This assignment is made subject to all the terms and conditions of, including any and all benefits which
may derive from the following.
1. That certain Judgment and Decree entered 6/21/82 in Civil No. 6041 in the District Court
Third Judicial District, State of Wyoming and affirmed by the Supreme Court of the State
Wyoming, Case No. 5734
2. That certain operating agreement dated 10/15/84, naming Christmann Energy Corp. as
Operatorl0 /15/84, naming Christmann Energy Corp., as Operator, covering the SW of Sec. 3, T26N,
R113W. As of 1/1/93 Pinedale Investment, Inc. appointed Operator and Operating Agreement 7/1/95.
And for the same consideration the Assignor covenants with the Assignee, its heirs, successors, or assigns:
That the Assignor is the lawful owner of and has good title to the interests above assigned in and to said
lease, estates rights, and properties, free and clear from all liens, encumbrances or adverse claims: That said
lease is valid and subsisting on the land above described, and all rentals and royalties due thereunder have
been paid and all conditions necessary to keep the same in full force have been duly performed.
This assignment is executed without warranty of title express or implies.
Separate assignments of the interests may be executed on officially approved forms by Assignor and
Assignee, in sufficient counterparts to satisfy applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Those
assignments shall be deemed to contain all of the exceptions, reservations, warranties, rights, titles, power
and privileges set forth herein as fully as though they were set forth in each assignment. The interests
conveyed by such separate assignments are the same, and not in addition to the interests conveyed herein.
All of the provisions of this assignment shall be available to and binding upon the respective heirs,
executors, administrators, and assigns of the Assignor and Assignee herein.

Subject to the covenants hereinafter contained and until further written notice given either by Sublette Properties, Inc.

described lands and give credit for said oil as follows:
