Robert A. Harrower, Trustee, or his successors in trust, under the Harrower Living Trust dated
May 2, 1994, grantor, whose address is PO Box 67, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, for
consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged convey and warrant to Harrower Properties, LLC, grantee,
whose address is PO Box 11205, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state, to -wit:

Beginning at a point on the west line of said Tract 53, said point being located S00 °01'16 "W., a
distance of 1319.17 feet from the northwest corner of said Tract 53, thence from said point of
beginning, S.89 °58'18 "E, a distance of 1318.22 feet to a point on the east line of said Tract 53,
thence S.00 °00'41 "E. along the east line of said Tract 53, a distance of 1318.95 feet (said
distance being one fourth of the total length of the east line of Tract 53), thence N.89 °58'53 "W., a
distance of 1318.97 feet to a point on the west line of said Tract 53, thence N.00 °01' 16 "E., along
the west line of said Tract 53, a distance of 1319.17 feet (said distance being one fourth of the
total length of the west line of Tract 53), to the northwest corner of said Tract 53, the point of
-beginning. Total area, 40 acres more or less.
