TOGETHER WITH a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across Kibbie Parkway, as depicted on Forest River Reserve Subdivision Phase I, a subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, filed December 3, 2008, as Plat No. 943952.
