All of Lot 4 of FOREST RIVER RESERVE 2 FILING, a subdivision of record in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
as shown on the official plat thereof filed November 20, 2009, as Receiving No. 950693, in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No. 950693.
TOGETHER WITH a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across Kibbie Parkway, as depicted on
Forest River Reserve Subdivision Phase I, a subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, filed December 3, 2008, as Plat No. 943952.
TOGETHER WITH a right to construct, maintain and operate a water line over, under and across that part of Lot
1 of Forest River Reserve Subdivision Phase I, as described as follows:
A strip of land sixteen (16) feet in width, over, under and across Lot 1 of Forest River Reserve Phase I, a
subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County with Accession No. 943952, being eight (8)
feet each side of the water line to be installed from the existing well on said Lot 1, described as follows:
Beginning at said existing water well within said Lot 1, N49 °28'44 "W 73.76 feet, from the Southeast point said
Lot 1; thence N71 °22'23 "E, 45.00 feet, to a position on the East line of said Lot 1; the base bearing for this
survey is the East line of the SE% of Section 9, T36N R119W, being SO4 °04'42 "W;
It is the intent of this description that the water line as installed in the ground will control the location of the
easement across said Lot 1, as well as provide a maintenance area around the well extending eight (8) feet in all
directions;
Each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR
SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 With appropriate details; each "position" is a calculated position
with no monument found or set; all in accordance with that attached exhibit titled, "EXHIBIT TO
ACCOMPANY DESCRIPTION FOR SALT RIVER RANCH, LLC WATER LINE EASEMENT WITHIN
THE NE'/SE'/ SECTION 9 T36N RI 19W dated 28 October 2009, as revised. Said exhibit being filed with
that certain Warranty Deed recorded November 25, 2009, as Receiving No. 950766, in Book 736, at Page 790.
