and for other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO: DiSculpe Enterprises, LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Company, whose
address is 1104 North Collier Avenue, Marco Island, FL 34145, Grantees, AS TENANTS BY THE ENTIRETIES,
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantee hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
A parcel of land all situated in the southwest quarter of Section 11, Township 31 North, Range 119
West, 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary thereof being more particularly
described as follows:
Together with all buildings and improvements thereon or which hereafter be placed thereon, all fixtures
hereafter attached to said premises; all water and water rights; ditches and ditch rights, reservoir rights, and
irrigation and drainage rights; and all easements, appurtenances and incidents now or hereafter belonging or
appertaining thereto; subject, however, to all conditions, easements, and rights -of -way and to mineral, mining
and other exceptions, reservations and conditions of record.

COMMENCING at the center section comer for Section 11, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, 6th
Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being a found brass cap and iron pipe monument, and
the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence N. 89 °44'06" E., 1,323.28 feet along the northerly boundary of the northwest quarter of
the southeast quarter of said Section 11 to the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of
the southeast quarter of said Section 11;
Thence S. 00 °40'25" W., 105.30 feet, more or less, along the easterly boundary of the northwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of said Section 11 to a point on the westerly bank of Salt
River;
Thence southerly along the westerly bank of Salt River to a point offset easterly 30.00 feet from
the easterly boundary of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said Section 11;
Thence S. 00 °40'25" W., 1,954.07 feet, more or less, along a line parallel with and offset 30.00
feet easterly from the north/south centerline of the southeast quarter of said Section 11 to
a point on the southerly boundary of said Section 11;
Thence N. 89 °57'36" W., 30.00 feet along the southerly boundary of said Section 11 to the
southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter said Section 11;
Thence N. 00 °40'25" E., 1,325.73 feet along the westerly boundary of the southeast quarter of the
southeast quarter of said Section 11 to the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the
southeast quarter said Section 11;
Thence S. 89 °50'54" W., 1,331.59 feet along the southerly boundary of the northwest quarter of
the southeast quarter said Section 11 to the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of
the southeast quarter said Section 11;
Thence N. 01 °02'06" E., 1,323.30 feet along the westerly boundary of the northwest quarter of
the southeast quarter of said Section 11 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The total area of the above described parcel of land is 1,804,699 square feet or 41.43 acres, more or less.
